  • Thomas More Open (TMO)

    The annual Thomas More Open golf outing generally takes place on the second Monday of August each year. It is a scramble event, and the proceeds from the outing support our Legacy Scholarship.

    The 2025 TMO will be held at the Ironwood Golf Course on Monday, August 11th.

  • Alumni Hall of Fame Induction

    The Alumni Hall of Fame recognizes distinguished individuals from all walks of life. While the realms of their accomplishments vary, all of our Hall of Fame members have one thing in common: they embody the spirit and mission of St. Thomas More High School. They have lived lives of service to their communities while following the teachings of Jesus Christ.

  • Athletic Hall of Fame / Wall of Champions Induction

    The Athletic Hall of Fame recognizes the accomplishments of outstanding athletes and coaches during their careers at STM and its predecessor schools. Members are State and Conference champions, school record-holders, and legendary coaches.

    The Coach Jim Haluska Wall of Champions honors the outstanding athletic teams of our school’s history.

  • MOREtoberfest

    Inspired by Oktoberfest, each fall, STM celebrates "MOREtoberfest" to benefit the school's athletic department.

  • Boys Alumni Basketball Tournament

    The St. Thomas More Alumni Basketball Tournament is one of the longest-standing alumni basketball tournaments in the Milwaukee area. Started in 1993 by Joe Krysiak (TM ‘88), it takes place over the Saturday and Sunday following Thanksgiving each year. It regularly draws in at least 15 teams and well over 100 alumni. Currently, the tournament is run by STM head girls’ basketball coach, Brian Krysiak (TM ‘98).

  • Girls Alumni Basketball Game

    This annual tradition began in 2006 and takes place between Christmas and New Year’s Day each year. Our former Lady Cavalier basketball players are invited back to play in a game hosted by the STM girls’ basketball program. Teams are split by age, with younger alumni taking on older. This game is run by STM head girls’ basketball coach, Brian Krysiak (TM ‘98).

  • Norb Wishowski Alumni Run

    Norb Wishowski was a dedicated and influential teacher and coach at Thomas More and Pio Nono High Schools for over 30 years. As head cross country coach at Thomas More, Coach Wishowski guided the Cavaliers to ten consecutive Metro Conference championships and six WISAA State championships. In 1992, Coach was inducted into the Wisconsin Cross Country Coaches Association Hall of Fame. It is a great honor to have our 5K alumni run named for him.

    The Norb Wishowski Alumni Run generally takes place on the second Saturday of August each year at Greene Park in St. Francis.

  • Sheepshead Tournament

    STM’s annual Sheepshead Tournament is open to anyone who wants to enjoy cards and community. Each player receives a commemorative item and will enjoy a light lunch at the event. The tournament consists of three rounds of 15 or 18 hands. After rounds one and two, the tables are shuffled, and the total aggregate score after all three rounds determines the winner.
  • Haluska-Sager Golf Outing

    The annual Haluska-Sager Golf Outing takes place in August each year. This event raises funds to benefit the Haluska Wall of Champions, STM Athletics, and other notable causes.
