Rachel and Adam Arndt (TM '97) are a dynamic couple deeply rooted in the Thomas More community. Both graduates of the Class of 1997, they have continued their involvement with the school through their children's education.

Adam Arndt is the president of Catalyst Construction, a successful company that has made a significant impact on the local community. His expertise in construction and development has contributed to numerous projects in the area.

Rachel Arndt is a dedicated library consultant, sharing her passion for books and knowledge with schools and libraries. She is also the girls' JV volleyball coach at St. Thomas More, where she inspires and mentors young athletes.

Together, Rachel and Adam Arndt are committed to giving back to the community and fostering a strong sense of belonging within the Thomas More family.
Lee Barczak (PN '69) has dedicated his career to helping individuals achieve financial success through informed decision-making. As the President and Founder of Morgan Kenwood Advisors, LLC, Barczak has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in the field of financial planning.

Barczak's educational journey began at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he laid the groundwork for his future endeavors. After graduation, he spent seven years as an educator in the Milwaukee Public School System, sharing his passion for knowledge with young minds. Even during this time, Barczak's entrepreneurial spirit was evident, as he simultaneously pursued a career in real estate, working as a realtor and teaching real estate courses.

A growing interest in stocks and mutual funds led Barczak to pivot his professional path. In 1982, he transitioned into the world of financial planning, where he quickly recognized the shortcomings of the traditional investment-centered approach. Determined to create a firm that put client needs first, he founded Morgan Kenwood Advisors, LLC.
Mario (DB ’72) and Cathy Costantini met as students at Marquette University, and after graduation became entrepreneurs at age 23, in both the for-profit and nonprofit worlds.

The Costantinis founded their namesake downtown interior design firm in 1978 and shortly thereafter their rustic furniture company, La Lune Collection, in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood. There they purchased and renovated an abandoned factory and were instrumental in revitalizing and restoring the Riverwest region.

In the nonprofit sector, they co-founded the Holton Youth Center, the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center, the Mad Hot Ballroom dance program, and the Florentine Opera Center. Independently, they have served on the boards of directors for Holton Youth Center, Danceworks, First Stage Theater, Next Act Theatre, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Florentine Opera Company, Milwaukee Public Market, Milwaukee Riverwalk District, Pearls for Teen Girls, and others.
Anthony Crivello (TM '73) is a celebrated actor with a career spanning decades across both stage and screen. Renowned for his powerful performances, Crivello has garnered numerous awards, including a Tony Award for his Broadway debut in Golden Boy.

His stage credits are extensive, featuring iconic roles in musicals like Kiss of the Spiderwoman, Les Misérables, and Evita. He has also made a significant impact in the world of film, appearing in notable movies such as Independence Day, Trade, and Material Girls.

With a versatile career that has taken him to Broadway, the West End, and beyond, Anthony Crivello remains a respected and admired figure in the entertainment industry.
David Ferrie (PN '69) is a seasoned Milwaukee actor with a rich theatrical history. A 1969 graduate of Pio Nono High School, Ferrie's passion for the stage was evident early on. He showcased his talent in several prominent musical productions, including Oliver! (as Fagin), South Pacific (as Emil De Beque), and The Man of La Mancha (as Don Quixote).

Ferrie's career has spanned decades, with performances on various stages throughout Milwaukee. While retired from his day job, he continues to grace the stage occasionally and has recently ventured into commercial and film work. His dedication to the arts and his enduring presence in the Milwaukee theater scene have solidified his reputation as a respected and accomplished actor.
Glen Guszkowski (DB '72) has dedicated his life to education, family, and community service. A graduate of the last class of Don Bosco High School in 1972, Glen continued his education at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD), earning his degree in 1979.

After a successful career as a retail executive at Kohl's Department Store, Glen retired to focus on his family and community involvement. He is married with three children and three grandchildren, who bring him great joy and fulfillment.

In 2009, Glen established a scholarship at St. Thomas More High School in honor of his late sister. The scholarship funds a student in each grade who has overcome adversity in their life, reflecting Glen's commitment to supporting young people and making a positive impact on his community.
Gregg R. (DB '65) and Margaret Huennekens share a passionate belief that the arts are an integral part of every young adult's growth and development. Gregg is a proud 1965 alumnus of Don Bosco High School. After a successful career as the CEO of USA Fire Protection, Gregg remains deeply committed to supporting education and the arts. Margaret is a real estate broker specializing in lakefront homes. Their shared commitment to fostering creativity and expression continues to inspire their philanthropic efforts, particularly in supporting arts education for future generations.
