Summer Camps

Camps at STM are designed to introduce middle schoolers to Cavalier Athletics, encourage teamwork and leadership, hone individual athletes’ skills, and create a fun environment surrounding each sport.
 

2025 Cavalier Summer Camps

  • Tennis (Beginner)

    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
    Grades: 4-9 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $50

    The Beginner Tennis Camp will focus on the fundamentals of tennis and individual improvement while learning the rules of the game in a fun environment.
  • Tennis (Intermediate/Advanced)

    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
    Grades: 4-9 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $75

    The Intermediate/Advanced Tennis Camp will push players to compete at a higher level by learning more advanced techniques.
  • Speed and Strength

    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
    Grades: 5-8 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $50

    The Jr. Cavalier Speed and Strength Program will feature personal instruction and introduce boys and girls entering 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th grade to the key elements of strength and speed development through the use of weightlifting, plyometrics, linear speed training, and agility training.

    Incoming 9th graders may attend a separate Speed and Strength camp for free. Stay tuned for more information!

  • Football

    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 4:00 to 5:15 p.m.
    Grades: 5-8 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $35

  • Cross Country

    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
    Grades: 6-9 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $35

    Our cross-country camp will focus on the fundamentals of proper running form and expose athletes to the different types of running workouts necessary to become a successful cross-country runner.

    This camp will take place outside each day unless there is lightning or other severe weather.
  • Boys Basketball

    Session 1
    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 8:30 to 11:00 a.m.
    Grades: 4-6 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $100

    Session 2
    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 1:00 to 3:30 p.m.
    Grades: 7-9 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $100

    Our Cavaliers boys basketball camp is designed to teach basketball skills, including shooting, ball handling, passing, and rebounding. Two sessions will be offered this year. Boys entering 4th-6th grade make up Session 1, and boys entering 7th-9th grade make up Session 2.
  • Bowling

    Session 1
    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
    Grades: 4-9 (for 2025-26)

    Session 2
    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
    Grades: 4-9 (for 2025-26)

    Location: South Shore Bowl, 3620 E. Carpenter Ave, Cudahy
    Cost: $55 for one session; $100 for both

    The Cavalier Bowling Camp is for beginners and intermediate bowlers to learn the skills, shots, scoring, and fun of the sport!
  • Girls Basketball

    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
    Grades: 5-9 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $60

    Our Cavalier girls basketball camp is designed to teach basketball skills, including shooting, ball handling, passing, and rebounding. The camp is offered to girls entering 5th-9th grades.
  • Boys Soccer

    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
    Grades: 6-9 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $55

    The Cavalier Boys Soccer Camp teaches and develops the basic skills of passing, shooting, dribbling, and defending.
  • Girls Volleyball

    Session 1
    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
    Grades: 5-7 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $75

    Session 2
    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
    Grades: 8-9 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $75

    Our girls’ volleyball camp focuses on building fundamental skills and individual improvement while fostering a fun environment. This camp is open to 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and incoming 9th graders.
  • Girls Soccer

    Dates: Summer 2025
    Time: 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
    Grades: 6-9 (for 2025-26)
    Cost: $50

    The Cavalier Girls Soccer Camp teaches and develops the basic skills of passing, shooting, dribbling, and defending.
