Strategic Plan Update - April 2024

In July 2022, St. Thomas More began creating a new Strategic Plan to guide the school over the next five years.
Nine months later, more than 50 members of the STM community—faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and other supporters—gathered for a full-day retreat to craft strategic goals and objectives for each of the eight domains: academics/educational technology, advancement/communications, Catholic identity, enrollment/marketing, facilities/technology infrastructure, finance, governance, and student life.
Since then, faculty and staff have been working hard to make these goals and objectives a reality.
St. Thomas More is a Catholic, coeducational high school that inspires students to embrace the values of our Patron Saint by becoming men and women for all seasons. Rooted in Christ and the Catholic tradition, the school community embodies the principles of Christian discipleship, service to others, and academic excellence.
