December 10, 2024: St. Thomas More High School proudly announces that the school raised $26,000 during its GivingTuesday fundraiser on December 3, surpassing its campaign goal of $25,000.
On Tuesday, December 3, St. Thomas More High School (STM) will join nonprofits across the world participating in GivingTuesday, the global day of giving and generosity. After the tremendous support for our past GivingTuesday campaigns, STM will again offer donors the opportunity to directly fund equipment, technology, and student experiences requested by our educators.
St. Thomas More High School proudly announces that the school has received a $5,000 grant from the Green Bay Packers Foundation. This funding will support the expansion of St. Thomas More’s visual arts program.

St. Thomas More High School has named Aliscia Benetti as its next principal. Currently the school’s dean of academics, Benetti will replace Patrick Idstein, who is returning to the classroom as a St. Thomas More social sciences teacher.

The Wisconsin Art Education Association (WAEA) has announced that Ms. Jodi Brzezinski, St. Thomas More visual arts teacher and department chair, has been named the 2024 WAEA Private Schools Art Educator of the Year. This honor recognizes Jodi’s continued dedication and commitment to arts education.

Patrick Idstein, who has served as St. Thomas More’s principal since July 2022, has decided to leave his administrative role and rejoin the STM faculty. Idstein will return to his previous role as a social sciences teacher for the 2024-25 school year, continuing as principal until June 2024.
In our Nursing Assistant Certification Program, students learn the skills and procedures needed to assist patients with their daily living activities and specialized care needs. The program consists of college-level instruction in medical theory held at MATC and clinical hours performed at local healthcare facilities.

St. Thomas More High School is pleased to announce Jimmy Litscher (TM ’06) as the school’s next head football coach. Litscher, who has taught health and fitness at St. Thomas More since 2012, becomes the tenth head coach in the program’s history.
