Strength, Speed, & Agility is an after-school program that provides students at STM with the opportunity to improve strength, speed, mobility, flexibility, agility, and injury prevention as they prepare for their next sport season. The program has Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists on staff that will ensure that technique is done properly, training programs are followed, and athletic potential is achieved. The students will become better overall athletes as a result of this program, helping them to excel in their competitive sport of choice.
A Strength, Speed, & Agility program will take place in the fall, winter, spring, and summer. Sign up dates for each season will be announced to students before the start of each sport season.
