Latino Student Organization

The Latino Student Organization is comprised of a cross-section of the student body.  Anyone can join the Latino Student Organization as long as they have a grade point average of 1.5 or higher. If you are interested in joining, you should have an interest in service and Latino culture and language.  The goals of LSO are:

  • To promote an understanding and appreciation of Latino culture and heritage
  • To provide opportunities for service work at St. Thomas More and in the Hispanic community
  • To develop leadership qualities among club members

Members of LSO participate in cultural activities, service projects – including school improvement and beautification, and teacher and staff appreciation events
