May 26, 2022: It is with a heavy heart that St. Thomas More High School announces that Fr. Christopher Klusman (TM ’95) has completed his assignment at our school.
Fr. Christopher has served as St. Thomas More’s chaplain since the 2015-16 school year.
“Looking back, it doesn’t seem real that it’s been seven full years,” Fr. Christopher said. “I’m grateful for having been enriched by the various faculty, staff, students, families, alumni, and friends that I’ve been blessed to experience over the years.”
During his service at St. Thomas More, Fr. Christopher celebrates monthly all-school Masses and weekly morning Masses in the St. Thomas More chapel. Ordained in 2011, he is also the director of the Deaf Apostolate for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, working to make religious services more accessible for the deaf community. He will now commit to this role full-time.
“Fr. Christopher has a gift for connecting with our students and helping them understand and appreciate God’s role in their lives,” president John Hoch (TM ’87) said. “I know I speak for all our faculty and staff when I say that he will be greatly missed in our community.”
Fr. Alex Nwosu, most recently the associate pastor at St. John Vianney Parish, will assume the role of St. Thomas More’s chaplain in August 2022. Check social media in the coming weeks for more about Fr. Alex!
