Camps

Camps at STM are designed to introduce middle schoolers to Cavalier Athletics, encourage team work and leadership, hone individual athletes’ skills, and create a fun environment surrounding each sport.

C A M P S   O F F E R E D

Strength, Speed, and Conditioning
The Jr. Cavalier Speed and Strength Program will feature personal instruction and introduce boys and girls to the key elements of strength and speed development through the use of weightlifting, plyometrics, linear speed training, and agility training.

 

Cross Country
Our cross country camp will focus on the fundamentals of proper running form and expose athletes to the different types of running workouts necessary to become a successful cross country runner.

 

Tennis
The Cavalier Tennis Camp will focus on the fundamentals of tennis and individual improvement while learning the rules of the game in a fun environment.

 

Boys Basketball
Our Cavaliers boys basketball camp is designed to teach basketball skills including shooting, ball handling, passing, and rebounding.

 

Girls Basketball
Our Cavalier girls basketball camp is designed to teach basketball skills including shooting, ball handling, passing, and rebounding.

 

Girls Soccer
Our Cavalier girls soccer camp will focus on the fundamentals of soccer with an emphasis on playing as a team and having fun.

 

Boys Soccer
The Cavalier Boys Soccer Camp teaches and develops the basic skills of passing, shooting, dribbling, and defending.

 

Girls Volleyball
Our girls’ volleyball camp focuses on building fundamental skills and individual improvement while fostering a fun environment.
