Tuition

Tuition and fees are set each spring by our Board of Directors.  Tuition for the 2016-2017 school year is $10,478. Fees include a one-time fee of $120 for an E-Book License.  Families may choose to pay tuition in full by August 1st or use our monthly payment plan through FACTS, our tuition management system.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance is available for families that demonstrate financial need. While families must demonstrate need, assistance is awarded based on a student’s academic performance, conduct, attendance and participation in extra-curricular activities.  Students are ranked according to this criteria and the percentage of assistance that will be awarded will be determined by each student’s rank. Families must re-apply each school year.

To apply for tuition assistance, incoming and current families must fill out an application with FACTS, STM’s outside financial aid evaluation service.  Families can apply online by clicking here.  There are NO paper applications – all applications must be submitted online.

Tuition Reduction Programs

Bradley Center – Families have the opportunity to work concession stands at the Bradley Center to earn tuition credit.  This can be a very successful method of lowering your tuition.  Bradley Center Experience Information

Scrip – Purchase gift cards through Scrip for gifts or for expenses your family already has.  Each gift card purchased earns a percentage back as tuition credit.  For more information and a sign-up form, please contact Dan Steffes at dsteffes@tmore.org.

Archdiocesan Employee Tuition Reduction – If a parent/guardian works for a parish or school in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, a discount is available.  Archdiocesan Employee Tuition Reduction Application Form

Summer Work Program – STM offers a summer work program to students who are 14 years old by June 1. Starting for the summer of 2016, the summer work program is only available to sophomores and juniors.

Payment Plan Information

Returning families do not need to take any action; your agreement will automatically be re-enrolled based on your payment terms from the past school year. If you have any changes to your financial account or demographic information, please login to your FACTS account by clicking here or call FACTS at 866-441-4637.

Please be aware for any family on the 12-month payment plan – this is NO LONGER an option – your agreement will automatically be re-enrolled for only 11 months.

New families will have the ability to (1) register online or (2) request a paper application.

To register online, use the following steps:

  1. Visit the FACTS page by clicking here
  2. Click “Sign In” or “Create a User Name & Password”
  3. Choose the link on the right side of the screen that says “Set Up a Payment Plan.”
  4. Enter student information for EACH student on the agreement.
  5. Select a payment plan option.
  6. Enter the proper demographic information and create a username and password.
  7. Enter financial account information for making payments.
  8. Review your account summary and click Authorize

  • Option 4:  22 Payments for 11 months   07/2017   –   05/2018 (5th and 20th of month)

A $45 enrollment fee will be assessed after processing is complete.

 

To help manage your monthly payments and minimize your finance fee, each family is encouraged to submit as large of down payment as possible.  The down payment must be submitted directly to STM by June 30th.  Your remaining balance will be assessed a finance fee as noted below.
