The Fitness & Health Department offers a variety of courses that emphasize the development of a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Students will:

  • Participate in lifetime leisure activities that encourage life-long fitness
  • Engage in healthy competition and team work during team and individual sports
  • Perfect their personal athletic skills
  • Receive the knowledge and tools necessary to live a healthy lifestyle and be advocates for a healthy lifestyle
