By partnering with local high schools, WIA students are exposed to quality academics, extra curricular activities, and bridging cultures through learning together with American students.
Total-Care™ dormitory and home stay services include local parenting, meals, lodging, transportation, leadership development, college application preparation and community service. WIA provides English language teachers and tutors for students in each of the partner schools.
Schools in the partnership also provide liaisons who work closely with all WIA students enrolled in their schools to provide the best possible experience. The liaisons work closely with students and WIA personnel to help students be successful academically and personally.
WIA, headquartered in Wauwatosa, WI, has seven partner high schools in the Milwaukee metro area that together enrolled over 150 WIA students during the 2017-2018 school year.
